Maher Lammam

General Manager

Maher is the General Manager of Terra Property Management. He has worked in the real estate industry for over a decade, gaining experience in asset management, property management, leasing, finance, risk management, accounting and reporting.

Prior to joining Terra, Maher worked in the private sector at substantial real estate companies in roles which included Director of Asset Management, VP Operations and Director of Finance. Maher also worked in public practice providing audit, accounting and tax services to clients.

Maher holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University and received his real estate trading, property management and strata management licenses from Real Estate Council of British Columbia. Maher is a CPA, CGA

Gillian Jamieson, BSc

Operations Manager

Gillian comes to TPM with over 13 years of progressive property management experience in Canada and abroad, where she has served in many capacities and has managed a range of portfolios. From rental, commercial and strata corporations, Gillian’s property management experience is broad and diverse.

Gillian’s education background is impressive, holding a BSc in Financial Services with the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST), personnel and development qualifications including from the University of Salford and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB). Gillian is on the Education Board at PAMA (Professional Association of Managing Agents).

Reporting to our General Manager, Gillian is responsible for the overall operations of both our corporate operations and our entire managed property portfolio.

Wendy Huang, C.G.A

Controller

Reporting directly to our General Manager, Wendy is a results-oriented financial leader, with over 15 years of experience in analysis, bookkeeping and financial management for both the private and Non-Profit sectors.

Wendy has been with TPM since 2007. As head of the financial department, Wendy plays a key role in the development and management of financial policies and procedures within TPM. Her focus is to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial deliverables to our clients. In addition, Wendy plays a significant role in the business development of TPM.

Prior to TPM, Wendy held roles as a senior accountant for various accounting firms and as a Property and Mortgage Portfolio Accountant for Capital Properties Corporations in Toronto.

Wendy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from the Zhejiang University in China and is also a Certified Accountant, a Certified General Accountant and holds a certificate of Computerized Accounting.

Managing Broker

As Managing Broker for TPM, Kateryna is responsible for the oversight of all real estate services performed by TPM as required by the Real Estate Act of B.C. Kateryna’s extensive career in the property management field has led to a solid understand of a real estate brokerages responsibility in financial management, contract administration, ethical corporate conduct and the general protection of the public and consumers best interest.

Kateryna’s oversight of all licensed staff ensures that TPM operates at the highest level of services for our clients. Licensing includes services being offered in Rental and Strata.

Andrea Zimmering

Business Development Manager

Andrea comes to TPM with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Dean’s List graduate, from Dalhousie University. Prior to TPM, Andrea had experience in running and administering project based assignments for startup companies. As a result, Andrea is familiar with procedure development and execution, assisting in the smooth delivery of client services.

As our BDM, Andrea has a wide range of knowledge and experience of TPM from operations, marketing and business development. Her hands-on experience in the company, which includes workshops and conferences to further develop her knowledge of the industry, assists to ensure our services are kept current and efficient.

As the BDM, Andrea reports to our General Manager and directly supports our business with development initiatives, marketing and advertising campaigns, human resources and intermittent operational needs.

Andrea played a significant role in the rebrand of TPM and the redevelopment of TPM’s website where she exercised creativity and knowledge of our business.
