Administration

  • A Property Administrator that will exclusively support the Property Manager on a day to day basis in order to process and execute administrative tasks;
    Corporate administration such as facilitation and coordination of property insurance coverage and owner/director insurance, review of annual tax assessments and reporting on changes on assess property values.
  • Recommend appeals and process and application of Home Owner Grants, where applicable;
  • Completion of applications for housing subsidy, annual income testing and review and where applicable, mid-year annual income testing;
  • Maintain shares register;
  • Maintain prospective resident waiting lists;
  • Process housing applications including screening of application and recommendation of final selection of prospective resident;
  • Preparation of general building and in-suite notices;
  • General correspondence between client and residents;and
  • Mailing and courier services.
