Maintenance

  • Receive all maintenance requests from residents and your internal personnel through various platforms such as online submission through our website, e-mail submission, by phone or in-person through a work order request form
  • Issuance of work orders to qualified contractors and subsequent scheduling and coordination of work to commence
  • Follow up with completed or outstanding work with both contractors and your residents
  • Perform tender and bid process between $5k and $10k per single project
  • Project manage between $5k and $10k jobs
  • Access to over 50 qualified and well recognized contractors in the lower mainland ranging from plumbers, electricians, general contractors, landscapers, mechanical and HVAC technicians and more
  • Manage and or create preventative maintenance program including scheduling and reporting
