TPM is excited to announce the launch of our new website which goes live, Tuesday, May 19th, 2015. We have designed this website with our goal being to provide our visitors an easier way to learn about our company and our history, what we do and who we are. We are proud to be led by our General Manager, Glenne Manlig, and our Board of Directors who provide us very valuable operational and strategic leadership. We have a great group of dedicated team members that are here to serve your communities and we look forward to you learning more about us.
Our site’s homepage welcomes visitors with the rebrand of TPM and our newly created logo with fresh and vibrant colours and a clean, uncluttered design. We have incorporated numerous functional features, in order to increase the speed and accessibility of our services. We have introduced a maintenance request section where residents and clients can now submit their maintenance requests online. In addition, we are excited to announce that we will soon be releasing vacancy listings and a housing wait list. We understand the in the market we live in, finding housing can be quite challenging and at times be stressful, and as such we have created an easy way for prospective residents to view and apply for vacant suites of the properties that we manage. Should nothing be available, there will be the opportunity for those looking for housing to be placed on our waitlist for when a vacancy does come up.
You will find a list of the services that we offer in an easy to read format, which allows existing and prospective clients to place a request for a proposal. We placed a high-level of importance on ensuring that our services are outlined in a transparent manner, which is focused on meeting client service needs.

Our Blog will feature new rich and relevant content, inspired and motivated by our experience and from our clients and resident feedback on what is important to them.
