Looking to apply for affordable housing?

We manage buildings all throughout British Columbia. If you are looking for affordable housing we recommend visiting the following links below.

For Non-Profit Housing and Co-op Housing:

Here you will find a list of buildings, and under the ‘how to apply section’, if it says Terra Property Management, then email us with the building name and address and we can send you an application.

While you are on the BC Housing website, we suggest applying to The Housing Registry. The Registry allows your single application form to be considered for available units managed by BC Housing and a number of non-profit and co-operative housing providers that have chosen to use The Housing Registry database.

I applied to a building, why have I not heard back?

Resident selection is based on availability of units and is followed with independent property selection criteria. Vacancies are very limited, however when they become available, those that have submitted applications for specific properties will be reviewed and only those that do meet the property criteria will be contacted
